2.2 Refunds for Performance Concerns
We are committed to generating high-quality leads and do not guarantee sales conversions. Refunds are not issued based on the outcome of lead conversions, as our responsibility is limited to reaching potential customers and transferring them to the client. If there are significant issues with lead quality that can be substantiated, please contact our support team to discuss potential solutions.

2.3 Ineligible for Refunds
Refunds are not provided for:

  • Poor Lead Conversion: As we cannot guarantee that leads will convert into sales, refunds are not issued based on lead conversion rates.
  • Client-Specific Requirements: Any client-provided lead lists or client-specified requirements that may impact campaign performance do not qualify for refunds.
  • Toll-Free Numbers or Additional Costs: Costs associated with setting up toll-free or dedicated hotline numbers are non-refundable.

3. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

3.2 Unauthorized Payments
